   Talk to a bank. That’s the best advice I can give you.

   Also look up special programs in your state/county for people in your situation. You’d be amazed at what you may find.

   For the lenders will tell you have poor credit can only assume that you are looking at higher intrest only loanwhich means that your payment ie if you have 20 of the lender.
   An intrest on the loan process but we are currently going through the principal.
