I want to modify my loan since it upside down and I believe I had a predatory loan. I have to do it over the phone since they do not have an office in Vegas anymore, just people in India. What is the advantages and disadvantages. The supposed loan expert charges up to $3500.
I put the 20% dowen but still have a rate of 6.25 my credit score was about 700 at time and the houses around were selled for much less
