Can they come after my other property which is a twinplex on the same street if they foreclose on recently purchased home. Borrowed $174.900.00 Nov. 2007 paid down to $150.000.00 The twinplex is in both my name and common law wifes name in ohio. What are te chances. Can i quit claim the deed on the twinplex into her name only and be safe or am i doomed
