I contact Countrywide to request a reaffirmation agreement for one of my chapter 7 bankruptcy clients and they said that they don’t accept them! Is this True? If it is, they are setting themselves to loose A LOT of money in the near future with all of the foreclosures and people filing bankruptcy!
