I need to modify my mortgage the monthly payment is 2,615 at nine and a quarter it is interest only i taught i would of sold it before the interest went up but it didn’t so here is am i lost my job and got a cash one for 400 a week so i can not keep up with the payments they are saying i don’t make enough money to modify i would like to know if anyone one could give me advice on how much more i would need to get a modification.
