What are my chance of loan modification?

An investment property you have shot call the hope project to see if they can renegotiate the hope project to renegotiate the loan may be three months behind though.

You won’t get a modification since you are refusing to work full time. 8 hours a week is not a job.

You should just contact Bank of America/Country Wide and work out a loan modification.
YOu can also find out what your requirements are by speaking to a loan officer at your “existing” bank where you have your mortgage housed
